Key Responsibilities

  • Process new and existing employee vetting in accordance with ISS and customer standards
  • Manage the Experian Right to Work portal, ensuring compliance with UK policy and following up on any timelimited checks
  • Support managers with related queries regarding right to work checks
  • Handle key administrative tasks, including processing new starter vetting and customer compliance in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain vetting databases to ensure employee compliance with customer and ISS standards
  • Monitor vetting renewals based on customer requirements
  • Maintain employee personnel files, ensuring accurate and uptodate records
  • Manage access to the Experian Right to Work app and portal, analysing employee right to work status and monitoring timelimited right to work

  • A passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
  • IT proficient (including Excel and PowerPoint); confident handling and working with data
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team
  • Awareness of UK Right To Work requirements
