  • Dealing with customer restaurant and accommodation bookings
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain organisational systems to streamline office processes
  • Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail

Skills:

  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Good grammer & spelling
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity

Pay:
£11.90 per hour
