About the Role:

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in a Relief position. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with Personal Care and Meals: Assist service users with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Medication Administration and Lone Working: Administer medication as required and work independently with service users.
  • Encouraging Community Participation: Support service users to engage in activities in the local community, promoting social interaction and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Essential for all Relief roles.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate positively with service users, some of whom may be non-verbal.
