We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the area of accounts payable and purchase ledger management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
  • Maintain accurate supplier balances and ensure timely payments
  • Review and reconcile ledger accounts on a weekly basis
  • Respond to supplier queries and resolve any issues
  • Perform cash and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with stock management and inventory control
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounts payable, purchase ledger, or accounts roles
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
