Thomas' facilities including:
patient and room bookings, operational systems, security, and reception services. The post holder works closely with and reports to the CRF Business and Operations Manager. The post holder is responsible for the line management of the CRF administration and reception team.

The role utilises various tools to inform the use of resources, staffing, forecast income and report on activity and performance.
This post supports the Guy's Phase I and St.
Thomas' cardiometabolic units on a day-to-day basis and provides system-specific support (CRFManager) to the paediatric and imaging units as required.
The 5 CRF units are based at Guy's Hospital (near London Bridge), St. Thomas' Hospital (near Westminster/Waterloo), Evelina London (on St. Thomas' campus) and Royal Brompton Hospital (South Kensington). Transport between sites is available via staff bus, tube, national rail or a 30 minute walk.
