As a Senior Residential Support Worker your life skills experience and nurturing nature will play a massive part in helping our young people to learn how to live happily laugh lots and love safely

Your role will require you to lead a team following a shift plan and deliver daily, reporting each day to Deputy manager

Effective leadership management motivation and time management required to ensure all children's needs are met daily in line with statutory guidance and expectations

You'll play your part in helping our team grow and young people achieve academically through supporting them with homework and school, succeeding socially by encouraging them to overcome challenges and broaden their horizons, developing self value and emotional growth, become better able to accept social expectations as you become their role model and set the standards they aspire to in life.

  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social residential child care (preferred)

  • United Kingdom (required)
