About the Clinical Lead Role:

As a Clinical Lead, you will take charge, motivate your team to deliver exceptional personalized care and assistance to residents, allowing them to fully enjoy their later years.


Responsibilities include supporting the Home/ Deputy Manager in overseeing CQC compliance, audits, staff scheduling, recruitment, mentorship, performance appraisals, and more. Additionally, fostering positive relationships internally and externally while serving as a role model for team members.

We seek an experienced individual with exceptional leadership qualities, a deep interest in adult social care, and a proven track record of inspiring teams to provide exceptional care.
