We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to work on a 12-month contract basis for our leading aerospace and defence clients on an exciting new opportunity.
You will be supporting the recruiters in all areas of recruitment administration. There will be some requirements for you to travel from time to time.Role Responsibilities
- Organising interviews with recruiters/hiring managers and functional representatives
- Ensuring flights for new starters are booked in a timely manner and the new arrivals process is adhered to.
Problem-Solving
- Investigate problems, queries, and issues within the recruitment process; identify any trends and emerging issues and resolve nonstandard or more difficult ones.
- Assist in reviewing and updating the content of departmental processes, presentations, and reports.
Skills:
- Highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and a proactive team player, who has a willingness to learn, adaptable and flexible with excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Experience of working in a recruitment / HR environment
- Good understanding of the main elements of the recruitment process
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel essential, Use of Visio desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
- Knowledge of the KSA operating environment is desirable.
- Practical understanding of all relevant business information tools and processes
