The
Audience Operation Analystrole at TechTarget is a high-visibility position designed to support different product stakeholders across the whole organisation in providing the relevant insights around Audience & Product Health.

This is anexcellent opportunity to be the driving force within the Product Operation department, first learning the ins and outs of audience conversion, and then mastering a wide range of products and markets, working with the Audience & Product Health Director to ensureaudience & product health.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with the Audience & Product Health Director to carry out reporting projects designed to provide the Product operation stakeholders the relevant insight tied to audience & product health, process efficiency, revenue needs;
  • Aggregate and analyze multiple reports and strategically assess performance trends and audience interest across regions and products
  • Monitor and pilot third party vendor based on Product and Audience needs, with constant audit and test initiatives to continuously improve leads quality & profit margin
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to assess business needs, revenue demand, and audience requests and strategically align product recommendation accordingly

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in marketing or business preferred);
  • 23 years marketing experience;
  • High proficiency in Excel (Pivot table required)
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills;
  • Demonstrated success working in team environments within a global organisation;
  • Familiarity with audience & product strategy within a digital environment
