EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We're on the lookout for a Forecasting & Planning Expert to take charge of producing and maintaining demand and capacity plans, as well as tracking actuals for our Workforce Planning & Optimization team.

You'll create robust plans that highlight risks and opportunities, along with suggestions on how resources and demand can be optimized, for both long- and short-term planning cycles. Additionally, you'll be responsible for generating precise forecasts and models.

Managing a rolling month to -year plan, owning planning assumptions, and communicating with key operational stakeholders for approval will all be part of your responsibilities.

Conducting a structured review process of performance vs the plan through insight and root cause analysis to identify risks and opportunities for service, cost, and employee engagement will also fall within your remit.

This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive decision-making and business enhancement, including Customer Operations, HR, and Finance.

You'll be stationed at our contemporary Pride Park site where you can avail of free parking or easy access with numerous local travel options. You'll work alongside our dedicated Workforce Planning & Optimization Team who are all passionate about what they do.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE

We'll heavily rely on your analytical skills daily as you'll utilize data & other information sources to interpret and generate top-notch field operations. You'll manipulate, analyze and clean data.

You'll craft stories and provide insights using data.

If you have prior experience delivering demand and capacity plans in the field or logistics, you would be an ideal fit for this position.

Demonstrated expertise in influencing senior stakeholders to implement operational enhancements would be highly valued.
