We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Practitioner post to work as part of the Children and Young People's Continence service.
Our Associate Practitioners deliver a high standard of children's continence care particularly in relation to promoting continence and toileting skills for children and young people with additional needs.
Providing specialist advice, information and on-going support to children / young people and their families in relation to promoting continence and acquisition of toileting skills; alongside those who receive continence product provision throughout childhood and during transition to adult services.
We offer innovation, partnership and excellence in community care and we are highly committed to active ongoing engagement with children and families to shape and improve services.
We aspire to deliver the very best health and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people in West Sussex and Brighton and Hove.
You will need to have the ability to travel county -wide across West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.
