About the Role

The Scouts Association is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our E-commerce & Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our Email Marketing strategy, creating and scheduling email campaigns, A/B testing creatives, and copy-writing for our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and drive sales
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and schedule email campaigns, ensuring alignment with our marketing strategy
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaign performance and improve results
  • Write compelling copy for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and tone
  • Measure and analyze campaign results, making recommendations for future improvements

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values innovation and creativity. We are a highly performative team that works in a vibrant environment with great colleagues supporting our work in other departments.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £31,716 per annum, Band E, Level 3
  • 35 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements
  • No line management responsibility
