The Lead Specialist (Planning) is a critical role within the Offshore Business focussing on the delivery of substantial project planning management within the offshore project, working with multinational and multi-functional team ensuring that SPR's/ Iberdrola position is suitably protected at any agreements.

The candidate would mainly be working as a Lead Planner during the pre-FID and Execution phases of an Offshore Project (within a 3-5 years horizon).

What you'll be doing
You will implement & maintain the offshore business Planning management procedure.

Lead delivery of complex multi-million-pound, multi-disciplinary, multi- contract project planning with a substantial number of interfaces and coordination to manage.

Ensure substantial development, maturing and analysis of the Level 3 Project Programme, working with project team and external stakeholders.

Provide key and strategic delivery advice, in relation to substantial project planning matters throughout the whole life cycle (development to decommissioning) to support the business plan delivery.

What you'll bring
+5 years' Experience in Planning Management for offshore wind projects (UK offshore projects experience valuable)
Degree qualified or equivalent qualifications / experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence at various levels of an organisation
Proven significant experience on

Planning Software:
Primavera P6, MS Project, Think-cell
Proven significant experience on Microsoft Office
Proven significant experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
Accurate , discipline, data analysis expert
