Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation in London which is looking to recruit an M365 Integrations Specialist on an interim basis for 3 months initially.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop workflows to automate processes and enhance system user experience.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to M365 integrations.
  • Identify and research new and innovative approaches to improve business processes and ensure compliance. Analyse current processes and identify alternative solutions or approaches where performance could be improved. Involved in the implementation of changes to these processes.
  • Manage and conduct IT risk assessments across the Council, identify potential risks, quantify the potential impact on the business making appropriate recommendations for mitigating risk. Ensure agreed levels of continuity across the Council are maintained.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of systems architectures and specific business or functional areas
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases related to M365 and other integrations.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, resolving M365 integration-related issues promptly. Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve integration challenges, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.

Governance and Security:
Implement governance policies, security measures, and compliance standards to safeguard data integrity and protect against potential risks. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in M365 integration and security.

Training and Documentation:
Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct user training sessions to enhance M365 adoption and proficiency among staff members. Create detailed documentation, including integration workflows, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of M365 updates, new features, and capabilities, evaluating their potential impact on Councils operations. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation, driving continuous improvement in M365 integration practices.

16.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management, to understand their integration requirements and provide strategic recommendations.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
