How you will create impact:

  • Perform maintenance, lifecycle, and daily administration of M365 platform.
  • Contribute to strategy & assist with implementation of M365 governance & security.
  • Keep up to date with industry knowledge of relevant technologies and implement industry and security best practices when deploying solutions.
  • Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Actively monitor systems and services, providing an incident escalation response.
  • Contribute regularly to technical and process documentation.
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced IT colleagues.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar qualification, any current industry certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive experience with a Windows server environment, in a global corporate organisation.
  • Extensive, handson experience with Microsoft 365 solution design, implementation, and management.
  • Extensive experience with M365 Collaboration (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and initial experience with M365 Messaging (Exchange, Defender).
  • You can successfully make use of your handson IT project management experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in business English.
  • Proactive and have an excellent problemsolving ability.
  • You bring great time management and organizational skills and are able to work independently and as part of a divers, international team.
