- To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of safe and efficient operation
- Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your area of responsibility during shift
- Responsible for the execution of transport plans ensuring transport and network SLA's/KPI's are achieved
- Ownership and accountability for driver induction, training and qualification are up to date for drivers reports
- Responsible for full and effective daily brief/debrief for DHL, agency and subcontractor drivers
- Fostering an environment that promotes sharing of ideas and best practice to the benefit of the network

- A background working in a Transport Office or within Transport Compliance is essential
- Great communication skills, both face to face and online/over the phone
- Experience using Tachomaster would be beneficial, but not essential
- Confident in making decisions and following them through
