We are looking for a proactive person to join a team working together to help this destination establishment continue to build on an already there reputation.

In this forward thinking organisation, the hours are based on a 4 day, 12 hour shift working weekin the kitchen.

You must have a passion for food, serving excellent quality dishes using local produce.

Duties:

  • Establish and maintain excellent standards of great service.
  • Consistency in every dish prepared, ensuring the kitchen reaches its potential.
  • Taking responsibility for Health and Safety compliance and meeting all food hygiene regulations.
  • Working to help achieve good margins, controlling wastage and preparation.
  • To work and lead by example, helping to create a positive working environment.
  • Ensuring the consistent quality, rotation and levels of stock.


This role will be assisting the head chef to help build and create a dining experience, whilst helping to provide a service to help gain repeat customer business.

We require someone who will bring in a passion for the industry to work with them everyday.
A chef with experience in providing high quality food, and continuously striving to learn and endeavouring to better themselves.


Any applicant for this role must have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle due to the location of the client.
