Salary:
up to £12.07 per hour plus tronc

Hours: 45 hours a week.

The successful candidate will have a profound understanding of fresh ingredients, particularly those sourced from local producers within a 25-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
*Proactive involvement in all tasks delegated by the Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef.
*Collaborative work to ensure timely completion of your section.
*Preparation and cooking of various dishes including meat, fish, vegetables, and both hot & cold starters and main courses.
*Assisting the pastry section as needed.
*Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Skills and Experience:
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
*Passion for culinary arts and pastry making
*Capability to lead a small team
*Previous experience in a similar culinary role
