We are looking for a full-time Learning & Development Co-Ordinator/Trainer to join our busy Workforce Development Team, offering relevant and high-quality training to our employees. You will provide direct training and co-ordination of learning in all aspects of social care on site within our care homes. You will also work closely with other members of our team to ensure that our employees have the knowledge and skills to deliver high quality care for our residents.

As this role involves a large amount of travel, specifically the Lincolnshire area, we are looking for individuals who enjoy working across multiple sites.

You will need to have a passion for learning, complemented by sound knowledge and experience in the social care sector. You will need to be able to deliver training in a clear, concise manner to our employees to help them understand their role in the delivery of safe and quality care services.

We are willing to invest in your learning and can work with you to identify your development areas and longer-term goals.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
