Apprenticeship programme


During this Level 3 Business Administration programme, we will help you to develop your practical skills and knowledge required for you to succeed in this role as well as your future career.

Throughout the 2- month programme, you will continue to develop your behaviours such as team working, problem-solving and customer focus.

As well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional knowledge and experience, you'll also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as a Technical (Knowledge) Certificate in Business Administration and an NVQ (Competency).


What will you be doing?

  • Managing stock levels and movements of uniform/PPE and waste containers to ensure contractual service levels are fulfilled.
  • Sourcing products and services from suppliers and contractors, obtaining quotes for new services and setting up new suppliers on company systems as required.
  • Raising purchase orders with approved suppliers, receipting purchase orders following the delivery of goods/services and resolving associated invoice queries.
  • Creating work schedules for the Facilities Operative (FO), assigning duties as required to fulfil planned and reactive maintenance functions, overseeing FO's performance and reporting issues to the Support Services Team Leader.
  • Providing cover for core support functions as directed by the Support Manager, including Reception Desk cover.
  • Carrying out other appropriate duties as assigned by line management.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths & English
  • Good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Good IT Skills
