1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

Responsibility_

Role_

  • Assist the KVAC team with communications to the beneficiaries, following the standard operating procedures in place, including contacting visa applicants for missing documents or for passport collection.
  • Attend project meetings and training sessions with the project coordinator and other KVAC teams (Paris and Ulaanbaatar).
  • Assist the KVAC team with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Undertake any other task that may be assigned.

Requirements_

  • Student or graduate in Business Administration, Client Services, Social Science or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in an international team.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • First experience in administrative work.

3. SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Visa: all applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Annual Salary: Stipend will be based on highest degree obtained
  • Recruitment: Full time, 5 month
  • Working hours: 8 hours/ 5 days
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM
  • Holiday: 12,5 days (2,5/month)
  • Insurance: IOM Compensation Plan

4. PROCESS
