My client is seeking a dedicated Section Engineer to join their Highways Team and contribute to the A303 Project.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) for the project.
  • Developing quality plans and procedures aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Conducting quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams to foster a culture of quality excellence.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to address qualityrelated issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics to track project progress.

About You:

  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in quality management tools and software.

You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in quality management/engineering, preferably within the highways sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO
  • Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
