YOUR IMPACT
The Financial Reporting department comprises five teams focusing on different areas, including Operating entities Controllers, Investment Accounting, and Regulatory Financial Reporting Controllers. As an Investment Accounting Controller, you will take ownership of financial reporting for legal entities investing in real estate, loans, debt, and private equity. Your responsibilities will include preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports to senior management, resolving accounting issues, managing new investments, and ensuring compliance with local obligations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports
- Handling financial statements and external auditors
- Reviewing local financial reports
- Coordinating with various teams
- Improving workflows and reporting integrity
- Participating in department-wide projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified accountant with technical accounting knowledge
- Experience in financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in French
- Strong analytical and technical skills
