As a Director in our Learning, Talent, and Performance Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our learning culture to empower our people and teams for success. You'll collaborate with experts across the business to pioneer best practices in learning design, incorporating innovative technologies and data to drive our learning initiatives forward. Your strategic leadership will be key in developing impactful learning, talent, and performance strategies to meet evolving business needs and support our 7,500 employees. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Collaboration

  • To design and implement learning, talent, and performance strategies in alignment with senior stakeholders to build a thriving learning culture and drive business ambitions.
    To lead a high-performing team that collaborates seamlessly to deliver quality service across HR and provide valuable external insights to the business.

Learning & Development

  • Develop and execute our firmwide learning strategy in collaboration with senior leaders to enhance core skills learning and drive success for our employees.
    Collaborate with subject matter experts to pioneer best practices in learning design utilizing advancements in technology and data.
    Monitor and evaluate the impact of our learning offerings to ensure effectiveness.

Talent Management

  • Establish and embed talent management practices to align with business needs including talent identification and succession planning.
    Provide clarity on career development opportunities aligned with our people strategy.

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance management practices to cultivate a feedback culture and support high performance aligned with our people strategy.

Technology and Innovation

  • Collaborate with IT and other experts to ensure innovative learning solutions that align with business needs and leverage emerging technologies.
    Establish external networks to enhance our learning, talent, and performance strategies.
    You'll be someone with extensive leadership experience in designing learning strategies, contributing to organizational change, and leading teams in regulated environments within the professional services sector.
