Education, Qualifications, and Training

Essential:

  • Diploma/degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist

Desirable:

  • Evidence of postgraduate training within Occupational Therapy or Pediatric specialty
  • Membership of Professional body
  • Evidence of relevant CPD activities

Experience & Knowledge Required

Essential:

  • Evidence of knowledge relevant to role
  • Experience in a wide range of occupational therapy student placements
  • Good working knowledge of Occupational Therapy process

Desirable:

  • NHS experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in assessment and provision of equipment
  • Evidence of clinical and knowledge skills within this area
