Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
Oversee the delivery of high-quality electrical designs across a diverse project portfolio
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and generating repeat business
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with other disciplines and offices
Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring profitable project delivery
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the electrical engineering team

Requirements:
Chartered Engineer status with a relevant professional body (eg, CIBSE, IET)

Extensive experience in electrical building services design across a range of sectors
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of current industry standards and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
