Blue Arrow Bristol are looking for Vehicle Preparation Operatives to work for South Western Ambulance Service (SWAST) at their depot in Lawrence Hill, Bristol.

The roles fall into NHS Band 2 salary bracket which is £10.90 per hour. The working hours are Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00.

As a Vehicle Preparation Operative, your duties will include:

  • Preparing Trust ambulances to a state of operational readiness
  • Deep cleaning the ambulances, checking assets and restocking
  • Working with cleaning materials and carrying out physical work
  • Lifting items up to 20 kgs
  • Occasional driving of the vehicles (e.g. for them to be serviced)
