The Regional Youth Lead, Development role is complex and challenging so the successful candidate will be a proactive manager with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to manage complex change well, and continually focus on the delivery of consistently high quality results.
The Regional Youth Lead, Development will assist the Regional Youth Manager to increase the number of
young people who volunteer by ensuring effective implementation of youth recruitment, youth advocacy and
youth projects. They will manage the Regional Youth Officers, Development who will support the delivery of
youth projects.
This role will lead on youth development activity for the North region.
