Loud Speaker is a dynamic youth organisation that delivers high-energy workshops and events across the UK. We're on a mission to spread confidence and vibes to thousands of young people, and we need an Engagement Lead to help us achieve this goal.

As an Engagement Lead, you'll be responsible for managing our sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and execute transformative programmes that make a real impact on young people's lives.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about youth development, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and can deliver engaging presentations to large groups of young people and clients. If you're a confident communicator with a drive to achieve results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute transformative programmes that meet client needs
  • Present our company to potential clients and deliver engaging presentations
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and deliver engaging presentations
  • Time management and planning skills

Desired, but Not Essential:

  • BSc/BA in Business Management or other relevant fields
  • Experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of the education market

Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 + the ability to earn additional bonus and commission
