London, Greater London, United Kingdom PROSPECTUS Full time
Prospectus is thrilled to be supporting Goodenough College in their search for a Senior Philanthropy Manager.

Goodenough College is London's finest postgraduate residential community. They provide award-winning student accommodation in the heart of London. They are an educational charity where the brightest minds come together in one community.

Their Members are encouraged to share their talents, knowledge and experience, contributing to a stimulating programme of cultural, social and academic activities which is open to all.

This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum and the postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their Central London office.

The Senior Philanthropy Manager will manage an agreed portfolio of donors and prospects (individual, foundation and corporate) with clear strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of each.

This might include personally making face-to-face asks for gifts as appropriate and supporting senior staff and Trustees to do the same.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Philanthropy to develop and implement the College's fundraising strategies with the aim of substantially growing the College's voluntary income.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing successful fundraising proposals and meeting income targets.

They are looking for someone with experience across a broad range of fundraising disciplines but particularly high value giving programmes and individual giving fundraising.

We are happy to consider candidates taking their first step into leadership and will consider exceptional part time candidates as well as job shares to ensure we find the right person or people for the role.

If you have any disability and require reasonable adjustment/s to any part of the process then please contact Ariha Semontee at Prospectus.

If you feel you meet some of the criteria but not all, we really hope you'll enquire and learn more.

Prospectus can advise and support on each part of the role and hopefully your application, so we look forward to hearing from you.

In order to apply please submit your CV in the first instance. Should your experience be suitable, we will arrange for a meeting to brief you on the role. You'll then have all the information you need to formally apply. We are looking forward to connecting with you soon.
