Job Overview


The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, efficient and flexible administrative service to underpin the delivery of a portfolio of education and training.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provides administrative support for webinars, and supports overall delivery
  • Administer learner deferrals and reallocations, ensuring full reporting and auditing of the Academic Review Panel weekly meetings, liaising with the finance department for Licenses, communicating with Learners, portal management and keeping Learner records and trackers updated to this effect.
  • Undertake Level 7 weekly verification of new course sales referring to the Academic Review Panel as required.
  • Provides administrative support throughout the delivery of training courses, enabling them to run smoothly, and that learner needs are met.
  • Liaises with relevant stakeholders to ensure a timely and efficient flow of information, using CRM, LMS and other agreed systems and processes, maintaining accurate records
  • Provides administration for Learner Exam and Moderation processes and support online learner sessions, webinars, and forums

Qualifications

Education level.
Education to degree standard preferable

Experience.

Essential
Experience of working in an administration role in a customer support environment

  • Experience of working with online resources

Desirable
Experience of using a learning management system

Experience of working in a Higher Education /student facing environment

A high level of literacy and numeracy

Excellent communication, inter-personal and telephone skills

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary:
Up to £21,000.00 per year
