Anglesey is a primary school in the heart of Lozells.

We are looking to appoint a learning mentor who has the passion and vision to provide our children with great opportunities.

This means you will be expected to organise yourself, along with leading and delivering on fantastic projects across the school including working with the school council.


Our school's curriculum statement and values are to encourage our children to be; inquisitive, resilient and independent learners therefore we would expect our Learning Mentor to support teaching staff in breaking down barriers to learning, delivering interventions and classroom support.


To be part of our Pastoral team you will need to have a caring and sensitive nature whilst dealing with children that maybe referred to yourself from our Safeguarding team.

This will need an understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.

This role is flexible to meet the needs of the school, which gives this role variety.
