We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Join a leading M&E maintenance organization in Bank, providing Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance to commercial sites. Work alongside the Site Manager as an experienced Mechanical Engineer with building services expertise.

The role involves carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical equipment, managing sub-contractors, ensuring compliance, KPIs, and SLA adherence in the Site Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record in building maintenance, especially in a commercial setting
  • Handling commercial PPM Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
  • Working with FCU's, AHU's, and Pressurization units
  • Strong background in pumps and seal repairs
  • Experience with BMS Head End Controls and HVAC plant
  • Familiarity with CHP, Absorption chillers, Vacuum waste/toilets, Sprinkler systems, Generators, Chilled beams

This position offers a salary of up to £45,000 per year with room for growth as the company expands. Training opportunities are also provided. Work Monday to Friday on a split shift system from 7-4 & 10-7.

Qualifications:

  • Apprentice Trained
  • Mechanical Qualifications: City Guilds or NVQ Level or Equivalent – Level 3
  • Building Services knowledge and experience
  • Solid on-site experience in a commercial setting
