Based in our London or Croydon office as part of a wider Pell Frischmann administrative team, you will provide general administration support to the Water & Environment Business Unit senior staff and their teams.


Main duties and responsibilities**:

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Administrative support to A2 Business Unit Director, Sector Directors & Managers.
  • Office Based Support for Admin Team in London Office (cover for absences).
  • Supporting with Cloudbooking Desk/Room booking system within the Croydon and London office when required.
  • Travel Bookings working as part of the wider PF Travel Team.
  • Supporting with new starter induction and assisting with induction training requirements.
  • Assisting the A2 Business Unit teams with routine and adhoc administrative tasks, such as:


Managing meetings
  • room bookings and refreshments when required
  • Daytoday administrative tasks such as scanning of documents
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Diary management for A2 Business Unit management team
  • Organising meetings, events, and conferences for the BU senior management

Health & Safety:

  • Local health and safety coordinator role tbc
  • Assist in ensuring H&S requirements are met by project team

Documentation & Correspondence:

  • Supporting document management activities, ensuring compliance with Company processes.
  • Organisation and maintenance of case file documentation

Project Support:

  • Assisting the PA to the Management Team with internal project or matter related adhoc duties;
  • Supporting teams with bid activities when required;
  • Ensuring compliance with the Business Management System, where required

Finance Tasks:

Undertake various finance administrative tasks under the direction of the Financial Controller and Assistance Finance Manager.

  • Raising Purchase Orders;
  • Preparing supplier and client set up forms;
  • Sales invoices raising, giving invoice numbers, processing, issuing on portals, raising and processing credit notes; Setting up projects, amending, adding Work Orders
