Main Purpose of the Job


As a Customer Service Controller you would be office based in Sherburn in Elmet, where you would be responsible for speaking to customers ti plan the work to be carried out they require.

you would book the work in for them and manage the fitters diary's. Building a rapport with out clients fitters and the customers.

You will ensure that schedules are met. and keep the customer up to date. This role would requires planning and communication skills, and you will be the first port of call for customers.

The challenge in this role is to keep them satisfied, while at the same time, keeping your fitters in the loop and assist with any issues they come across.


Main Duties

  • Taking calls from customers regarding work that needs to be carried out
  • Organising fitters to attend customer's sites.
  • Ensuring fitters are allocated correctly.
  • Taking responsibility for work and ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently.
  • Administration.
  • Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Working closely and supporting the sales team with their questions and requests.
