Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will hold the following accountabilities:

Strategic People Leadership:
Develop and execute a people strategy aligned to business goalsLead, grow and develop the people teamOwn the people budget - ensuring the most effective use of investmentDefine our Employee Experience and develop and implement the policies, procedures, and programmes that deliver on itTalent Acquisition and Management:Oversee the talent acquisition functionImplement strategies for attracting and retaining exceptional peopleOversee a hiring process that ensures that new starters meet the core needs of the business at that moment in timeEmployee Engagement and Development:Lead the design and implementation of development and training programmes - ensuring we develop our team at all levelsFoster career growth and advancement opportunitiesMeasuring employee engagement to facilitate continual optimisation

Performance Management:
