Disruptive Technology
TITAN is a modern pharmacy dispensing system, often referred to as PMR (Patient Medication Records). TITAN digitalises all the work flows in the pharmacy.

This allows each process in the pharmacy to be broken down and individual components to be delegated to appropriate skilled staff.

Furthermore, TITAN is the first PMR to introduce groundbreaking AI to the clinical process and APIs enabling integrations into other platforms.

In this way efficiencies are created, and the pharmacist is liberated from some of the supply processes.

Invatech Health is looking for a full-time, onsite, Help Desk Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing technical and product support to end users.

The Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for assisting customers with resolving problems and issues, as well as providing product information and guidance to customers to get the most out of our product.


You will be engaging directly with end users, but also work as part of a wider support function and communicating with our second line support team, testers and developers as we all work together to provide a first class service to our customers.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or customer support role preferrable
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and general IT knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work load while staying organized
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time

Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
