We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time permanent Receptionist


The role is based in our residential care home, Buckler's Lodge, a beautiful luxury care home located in the picturesque area of Crowthorne, Berkshire.


What you'll be doing

As the Receptionist of the home you will:

  • Deal with general and telephone enquiries, correspondence and administrative matters.
  • Greet all guests and visitors to the Home, ensuring they are provided a friendly and professional welcome.
  • General filing, photocopying and organisations of systems where necessary.
  • Assist Administrator and Bookkeeper with administrative tasks specific to their roles.

What you'll need


Previous experience of working in an office and undertaking general administration duties, strong organizational and communication skills, professional and confident telephone manner.
