Swimming Instructor

About the Role
Broadland Sports Club is a small family run business with a successful swim school. We currently have 3 teachers in our swim team and looking to recruit and expand on this.

We are hoping to employ a new swimming instructor for weekdays 4pm-6pm and Saturday mornings 9am-12 with the option for overtime (private swim lessons) and regular cover on weekdays.

What do we need from you?

  • A Level 1 or 2 qualification in swim instructing
  • NPLQ lifeguard qualification or National rescue award for swim teachers
  • Have strong engagement, good communication and active listening skills.
  • Be a great team player and happy to share knowledge and best practice.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

Salary:
£14.00-£18.00 per hour
