Our service users reside at home and are very active in the local community;

Job Summary:

  • This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant children and young adults, and their families and help them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life;
  • You will find yourself getting stuck in with the fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, interactive and practical handson activities;
  • This job requires access to a car and involves the completion of daily paperwork;
  • This position will include day shifts and some weekends;
  • Shifts can be 12hrs, 10hrs, 6hrs or 8hrs i.e 7.40 am5.30 pm/7.30 pm and 7.40 am2 pm; 10 am4 pm; 10 am6 pm, 7.40 am2 pm, 9.30 am4.30 pm on weekdays and weekends;
