Who will you be working with?

Reporting to the IT Business Application Manager, the successful candidate will be to manage and support the delivery of business applications. Liaising with a wide range of business and IT stakeholders to deliver a range of business processes and systems in support of UK & Group strategy.

A key aspect of the role is to install, configure and maintain business applications for Baxi. It will involve selecting or recommending applications based on user needs, design a product solution in line with specifications defined by the business.

The primary purpose of the position is to translate business objectives and requirements into tangible IT applications and/or services and business process solutions, utilising both internal and external resources.

The role demands an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the broad and complex Baxi structures and processes. Its purpose is to translate the critical business requirements into tangible IT applications.

The nature of the role requires critical analysis, logical thought, and a creative mind to determine best approach to satisfy objectives. The ability to think laterally, apply strong analytical skills and problem solving in the moment are essential given the role provides business critical applications.

About you:

Educated to Degree level or equivalent.

In-depth experience and broad understanding of ERP software. A detailed awareness of peripheral applications and extensive knowledge of interfacing across multiple platforms.

Experience of business process re-engineering and change management.

A proven track record of leading successful application delivery and business improvement projects.

An in-depth understanding of the M3 Logistics and Operations functionality.

Ideally will have experience of shopfloor Data Capture and Warehouse Management Systems.

Exceptional communications skills with the ability to convey and present at all levels within a large organisation.

A proven track record of successful customer engagement.

Extensive knowledge across a broad range of business and industry sectors.
