What you will do as our Delivery Coordinator:

Our customers are at the heart of our business, and you will be responsible for supporting our customers through the delivery process from order handover to delivery both hardware and software.


  • Management of successful delivery of Project requirements.
  • Management of H&S practices associated to Project delivery and installation
  • Coordination and planning of delivery dates with HRS team and customer
  • Coordination of 3rd party Logistics to achieve deliverable dates
  • Coordination of logistics associated to peripheral equipment (Site/Van Stock)
  • Responsible for Project progress reporting to Project Manager

Our ideal Delivery Coordinator will have:

  • Business orientated qualification (or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel and Outlook in particular
  • Professional, discreet and confidential approach to all activities
  • Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines excellent eye for detail
  • Customer Service Orientated
  • Methodical/logical approach to work
  • Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills with a varied and diverse workload
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and proactive approach
  • Scheduling
