Person Specification:

Qualifications:

Essential

  • Good general education.
  • NVQ level III or equivalent.

  • ECDL certification.

  • Proficiency in database and electronic tools.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of NHS practices.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of EWTD.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Desirable

  • Understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
