The role is responsible for offering our brides a wonderful brand experience while shopping for the special dress.

Must be able to work on own, as part of a team and will report to Store Manager.

Days of work are Saturday and up to 2 Weekdays.

Duties

  • Provide 5star Customer Service to all Catherine Deane Brides.
  • Always maintain a clean showroom and back of house.
  • Visual merchandising of Shop Floor.
  • Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing customer profiles and favourites.
  • Host in store and virtual appointments.
  • Use all systems to effectively manage the customer's journey.
  • Manage retail diary and bookings.
  • Record all client information accurately.
  • Achieve Sales goals and Kpi's.
  • Social Media content creation.
  • Drive customer reviews in store.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and empathically.
  • Respond to all incoming queries with first class customer service.
  • Maintenance of showroom samples, handwashing, arranging repairs and dry cleaning.
  • Prepare in store retail events.
