MASH ADMIN
ABOUT THE JOB
The MASH Higher Clerical Assistant roles within the Service play a key part in supporting the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team ( MASH) who are a first point of contact in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children, young people and their families.
The role involves high volume call handling and high volume data inputtingWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
You will be experienced in high volume call handling and data inputting. A positive and customer focused attitude is essential
The person we're looking for needs to be able to show high levels of attention to detail; and possess very clear communication skills, It is vital that both written and verbal information processing is done accurately and timely.
Given the time-critical nature of the work of the teams, the ability to work to a deadline is important.
The ability to multi task under pressure whilst working to agreed standards and have a flexible approach to be able to adapt to changes in priorities, being able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative is required.
Enhanced DBS essential.

RECEPTION AND DATA
The R&D Higher Clerical Assistant roles offer support to Childrens Services Social Work Teams who work and engage with young people and their families.
The role involves high volume call handling, data inputting and general office tasksWhat we are looking for from you
You will have experience of call handling and data inputting, excellent customer service skills with attention to detail with strong clear communication skills both verbal and written as understanding is key as this is front line.
Ability to work to agreed standards and deadlinesYou must be able to work flexibly and adaptably to changing priorities. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. A positive and customer focused attitude is essential.
The work is all office based at County Hall and 5 days per week Friday).
Enhanced DBS essential.
