We Hiring come and join our friendly team here at
WSL Access services.

we are looking for someone to join our office team as an administrator on a part time basis Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, would best suit someone with previous experience in the construction industry but not essential.


  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
  • Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintaining company accreditations and Insurances
  • Booking training courses for staff

Pay:
From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

  • 8 hour shift

  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Aylesbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

Language:

  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
