Pertemps are supporting a local organisation who are seeking to appoint a new Office Administrator to join their team. This role is suited to someone whom is keen to learn and has the ability to multi task

Daily responsibilities will include:
Answering the telephone and greeting visitors
Processing sales orders and liaising with customers
Arranging transportation and despatching of parcels/goods
Ordering consumable supplies and PPE
Managing external providers and their quotations
Invoicing and filing of customers' orders and despatch paperwork
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
£10.42 per hour

Experience in a similar role is ideal, however the most important attribute is the willingness to learn in this role.
