Maintenance Manager who has experience working in a busy hotel environment.
We are looking for our
Maintenance Manage who will:
- Be responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
- Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time
- Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
- Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives
- Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Have experience leading a large maintenance team
- Be handson and strong with stakeholder management
- Have previous experience as
Maintenance Manager in a hotel with
more than 500 bedrooms
As our
Maintenance Manager you will receive:
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata)
