Independent Insurance Broker with a strong and established reputation in the Insurance Markets is seeking to recruit a Commercial Claims Handler.

Hybrid and Office working

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handling commercial claims 'cradle to grave' on both a delegated and nondelegated basis.
  • Ensure an exceptional claim service is made to all Clients.
  • Review and if necessary and investigate Insurer decisions on liability.
  • Deliver consistently an exceptional claim service to your clients.

Skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience of handling commercial claims and compliance to relevant processes is essential.
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Cert CII qualification is desirable.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to process work quickly and efficiently, and work on own autonomy.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
