Following on from the success of The Spanish Butcher in Glasgow's Merchant City RUSK & RUSK are excited to bring The Spanish Butcher restaurant & bar to the capital in April 2024.

Delivering an authentic Spanish dining experience in the heart of Edinburgh.

With a focus on Galician beef, Iberico ham, and exquisite seafood, menus showcase the freshest Spanish flavours and ingredients combined with a Midtown Manhattan design.




THE ROLE:
Front of House & Floor Managers
Looking for staff who are dynamic, talented, enthusiastic and would love to serve our awesome customers.

We are looking for smart, hardworking, fun and determined team members to go the extra mile and to make each of our customers experiences a great one and one to remember.


EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front of House
Current or previous experience working in bar and potentially cocktail, wine and/or mixology skills.

Current or previous experience waiting and front of house experience.

Impeccable guest service skills whilst being enthusiastic, engaging and approachable.

Be well organised and work effectively and efficiently

Open to learning our menus, food and wine.

Ability to work in a busy environment

Floor Managers
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a managerial role within a high-calibre restaurant environment

Outstanding knowledge of food and drink, with an appreciation for high quality produce

Experienced in leading a high-volume dinner service within a high-calibre restaurant

Willingness to learn
